Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within this time frame will be charged at the full rate of the service. *Appointments are for the time booked. Late arrival may impact the time available to you. In the event of late arrival or interruptions due to technical difficulties on the part of Thimble & Seed; booking will be extended or rescheduled to ensure that client receives the FULL time allotted. *Please note that "Cup of Tea" appointments are for basic questions and support for a single point of inquiry.
