While most of my embroidered pieces are fairly sturdy; you still must be mindful that these stitches are more delicate than machine stitching.
Wash on cool or warm; gentle cycles. If you are able, turning the garment inside out or washing in a garment bag will help preserve the longevity of your piece.
Hang drying will give your piece the longest life; however you are able to put your clothing in the dryer (and I have many of my own pieces that regularly go through regular wash and dry cycles without issue)
If your piece is a backpack, accessory, or other “utility” item; please note that heavy use may cause the stitching to come undone or threads to catch on sharp objects. In some cases, I am able to make repairs, but there will be an additional charge. Thread colors may also fade with extended UV exposure.
Utility items can be spot cleaned with water and gentle soap/detergent and left to air dry.
