Moonlight Artemisia Bath Tea
At the end of a long day, allow yourself to sink into a bath blended with a mix of native California herbs, chamomile, and lavender. This soothing bath tea is comprised of a number of pain relieving, relaxing, and nourishing herbs to help you wash away physical and emotional discomforts and tensions.

Ingredients
Coastal Sagebrush (Artemisia californica), California Mugwort (Artemisia douglasiana), White Sage (Salvia apiana), Lavender flowers, German Chamomile flowers
Product Info
Each pouch is 25g (approx. 1 cup of tea) *Good for 1-2 bath soaks
Instructions for Use:Option 1: Scoop 1/2 cup of bath tea into a pot and cover with 3-4 cups of water. Turn heat low-medium and gently simmer for 20 minutes. Once steeped, strain out plant material and add warm bath tea to your bath water.
Option 2: Pour ½ cup of bath tea into a fine mesh cotton or linen bath tea bag, seal and toss into bath water as the tub is filling. Allow tea bag to steep while bathwater is filling and as you bathe. Discard after use.
*Add 1 cup of Himalayan Salt or Epsom Salt to bath to enhance the effects. Gently rinse off with warm water after bath to remove any excess herbs.
