**Please note that this is a free listing to submit a custom slot request form and is not a guarantee that your order will be accepted. We have very limited slots available each month and only take orders that can be reasonably completed with the utmost care and quality.
Once you purchase this item, you will see a Download Button on the Thank you page and in the Reciept that is emailed to you. This will download a PDF page containing the Request Form link. Follow that link to fill our your Custom Order Request.
If your order request is accepted, please accept the pricing estimate within 48 hours or respond with any questions/adjustments. If I do not hear from you within this timeframe, your space may be given away. Once you have accepted the estimate, I will send an invoice that requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit before work can begin.
YOUR ACCEPTANCE IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL YOU PAY THIS DEPOSIT.
If your order request is denied, I may offer up alternative timelines, design adjustments or put you on the wait list. Please respond to the questions in the denial email within 48 hours so that we can make appropriate adjustments.

CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE BETWEEN 2-4 weeks to complete; depending on the size and complexity of the piece. Larger pieces may take longer.

While most embroidery holds up extremely well; it is recommended to handwash items or put them on a gentle cycle to preserve the life of your piece.
